1 piece of bun
7-8 small slices of Delaco cheese
2 slices of pressed ham
a few slices of yellow bell pepper
5 olives stuffed with peppers
olive oil flavored with hot peppers


I cut the bun in half. I greased each slice with hot pepper-flavored olive oil. On one of the slices I put half of the cheese pieces, then the ham pieces, the sliced ​​pepper, the olives, the rest of the cheese, and on top I covered with the second slice of bun.
I put it in the oven for a few minutes, or more precisely until the cheese starts to melt.

Omelet with white cheese & # 8211 Ingredients

3 eggs
2-3 pieces Branza Delaco Junior
Cherry tomatoes
3-4 slices of bacon, but you can use bacon, ham

salt, pepper to taste
green parsley (optional)

Omelet with white cheese & # 8211 Preparation

Cut the cheese into cubes. Cut the bacon into cubes. Tomatoes will be cut in half.

Break the eggs and beat with a fork until smooth. In a frying pan, fry the bacon. If it leaves too much lard, pour it out. Pour the beaten eggs over the fried bacon.

On top of the eggs we put the chopped tomatoes and the chopped cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the pan with a lid and fry until everything thickens. If you want the omelette to be even fluffier, I recommend beating the egg whites first, then mixing them with the rubbed yolks and then pouring them into the pan.

We will have a fluffy and delicious omelet. Sprinkle on top with finely chopped green parsley.
The white cheese omelette is transferred from the pan to the plate and can be served.

It is also perfect for going out on the green grass: prepare it from home and, at the right time, simply throw it on the grill! I promise you that no one but NO ONE will complain that he has no sausages or meat. Generous but ultra generous slices of cheese work wonders!

Fresh omelette with vegetables

6-8 eggs (2 for each person) a zucchini 2 peppers an onion (or two smaller) olive oil a few cubes of cheese salt and spices to taste.

Method of preparation

We start preparing in the evening :)

We wash and clean the vegetables, chop them into slices and put them in a pan with a little oil, more to suffocate, than to fry.

Season to taste, I chose oregano and paprika flakes.

After the vegetables have softened, break the eggs on top and mix.

Let the eggs set, but not too hard. We stop the fire and let them cool.

We move the starch with vegetables in a bowl with a lid and leave it in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, when we woke up, we turned on the oven at the grill function at 250 degrees C.

Meanwhile, grease a single-use (aluminum) baking tray with oil.

Fill them with the mixture of eggs and vegetables and press lightly with a spoon. Leave the trays in the hot oven for 15-18 minutes.

In the meantime, you manage to do your morning toilet :)

When they are lightly browned, carefully pour over the omelette plate and serve with a few diced cheese, we sles "miss blue", and black bread.

Another method I often use is to use muffin tins to bake mini omelettes.

which you can serve for breakfast or take as a package, for a snack at work.

It only took me 6 minutes (I timed) to serve this morning breakfast to my boys, who love eggs. in any form!

Chicken roll with ham and Delaco cheese

Chicken roll with Sofia cheese from Delaco is a recipe for children, tasty and nutritious!

We start with the preparation of the omelet. Put a tablespoon of oil in a pan and cook for about 1 minute the chopped pepper and chopped onion tails. Then add the beaten egg.

Bake the omelette on both sides and turn it over on a plate, where it is left to cool. Meanwhile, bone the chicken breast so that we get a single piece.

Flatten the chicken breast with the slice hammer. Season with salt and pepper, place the omelette on top, then the slices of cheese and finally the slices of Prague ham.

We run very tightly and put our heads inside. Then tie the roll with kitchen thread and place it in a gratin shape or in an ordinary tray lined with baking paper.

Add salt, paprika and hot pepper flakes to taste, sprinkle with a little oil, add wine bent with water and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes on medium heat.

10 minutes before it is ready, dissolve a teaspoon of honey with 2-3 teaspoons of soy sauce and grease the roll with this mixture to get a more beautiful color.


2 eggs, 2 slices of cheese, 2 chicken ham, 2-3 pitted olives, 3 tablespoons milk, a pinch of salt.

Beat the eggs, add the salt powder. Cut the ham and olives into thin strips, grate the cheese. Incorporate these into beaten eggs, pour the milk over them.
Put the Teflon pan on medium heat, grease with a very thin film of oil (preferably with greased breadcrumbs), pour the composition and let it bake on one side.
Meanwhile, we cut as many vegetables as possible, in our case tomatoes and cucumbers.
We turn the omelette on the other side and, when it is browned, we move it to a plate with the prepared vegetables.
It is a very tasty and quick breakfast.

Cheese balls with potatoes and pressed ham

This recipe by cheese balls with potatoes and pressed ham, was the delight of some guests announced at the last moment.

They were asked to repeat the next day, as they came out very good.

  • 1 large potato
  • water for boiling potatoes
  • 150 gr Delaco cheese
  • 150 gr pressed ham
  • 2 eggs
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • 250 ml oil
  • 200 gr pesmet

We prepare the ingredients

Wash the potato well and boil it, with the peel, in enough water to cover it.
We don't let it boil for good, just let it penetrate a little.
Boiled and cooled potato (pass it through a stream of cold water), peel it and grate it.
We also grate the cheese and pressed ham.

In a bowl, mix these grated ingredients and add the spices and eggs.

Homogenize everything well, then form balls like a walnut, which we pass through breadcrumbs.

We will pass them a few times through breadcrumbs to cover the outside well.
In an even smaller non-stick pan, heat the oil.
Immerse a few balls and let them fry for a few minutes until they brown nicely on the surface.

We will leave the first balls to fry more, then less and less because they will color more intensely, due to the burning of the oil.
Remove the balls with a spatula and place them on absorbent paper towels.

These came out beautiful and tasty cheese balls with potatoes and pressed ham.
We serve them as appetizers, with fresh vegetables.
