We clean the mushrooms and put them to harden in oil, until all the water left by the mushrooms decreases.

From her I learned to do creamy and fragrant lamb, which is not inaccurate at all because the organs are NOT boiled in water but are hardened with green onions and garlic, just like stews! Very few people know about this trick, 99% of recipes are with boiled organs that become dry and hard. Then the world is surprised that the liver does not bind, it spreads when it is cut and it is dry and dry. Not to mention the major mistake of boiling all the organs from the beginning, as they have different textures and cooking times: we do not boil the delicate liver at once with the heart! Many people complain that the liver comes out dry, crumbly, dull and inaccurate. That's because it doesn't have enough fat and spices. It is not difficult to make a cake for Easter if you follow this recipe or the ones indicated above. I only use chicken liver because the hearts and pipettes are very strong and have other cooking times, much longer. From the ingredients below we obtained 3 mini shapes with drob: 2 of savarin (but large, 13 cm at the mouth, 8 at the base and 6 cm high) and half the shape of a mini cake. You can bake everything in a long and narrow cake form or in several small cupcakes (about 6-8 will come out).

  • 5 tablespoons of chia seeds left to soak in 5 tablespoons of water

Method of preparation:

Peel a squash, grate it and boil it. Meanwhile, chop the onion and put it in the pan to harden, along with a pinch of salt. Add the boiled mushrooms, which must be cut into slices, and cook together. Leave to cool. After the mushrooms and onions have cooled, add the chia seeds and mix well.

Then, gradually and stirring constantly, add the five tablespoons of flour. Season with salt and pepper. The resulting composition is put in a baking dish (I use cake or cake) which you lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for one hour and 20 minutes.
