Prepare the composition for the pancakes, mix all the ingredients with the mixer and add the flour until it reaches the consistency of a cream. Bake the pancakes in a Teflon pan and keep warm.

The walnut is browned very little in the oven, cleaned, then ground larger. Bananas are cut into thin slices.

Grease each pancake with plenty of caramel sauce, about 2 tablespoons per pancake, then sprinkle with walnuts, about a tablespoon on top of each pancake, then place banana slices on half of the pancake (half a banana per pancake). Fold in four and garnish with banana slices, caramel sauce and caramel-vanilla sugar from the grinder. A wonder!

I got about 15 pancakes :)

Let the composite of pancakes rest, 30 minutes, if we have patience and do not hurry, or if it is not too big, the appetite of those around us :))

We prepare the apples in caramel sauce.

With this cream I filled some of the pancakes, I filled the rest with jam or finetti, according to everyone's preferences.
I got 20 pancakes, and my pans have a diameter of 24 cm.

I think it's worth trying these delicious pancakes with scalded dough filled with apples in caramel sauce, so I wish you luck and good appetite!

Pancake cake with bananas, chocolate, fried walnuts and caramel

How will all this sound together? Hmm & # 8230 do you like it?
But let's see how quickly I provided and what kind of pancakes came out. They are fluffy, full of cocoa, caramel and fried walnuts & # 8230 are & # 8230 too good!
The combination is insane, at least for me, and I honestly think such temptations should be avoided, because you can't help it! :))) But if you don't struggle with the extra pounds, you could increase the frequency :))))
So, the same Panini Maker from Breville Romania, helped me this time as well.
Fast, quiet, no heat, no dirty pans, no headaches :)))

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Nr. of portions: 6

  • For pancakes:
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 pink Himalayan salt powder
  • 3 tablespoons black cocoa
  • 1/2 sachet baking powder
  • 1 vrf. baking soda knife
  • 2 cups of sweet cow's milk
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil

[preparation title = & # 8221Preparation & # 8221]

Connect the Panini Maker to a power source.

In a bowl, pour the milk, add salt and baking soda, mix and add the oil.
In another bowl, sift the flour with baking powder, add cocoa, salt. Mix with a fork to distribute all evenly.

Add a little for the milk composition, stirring constantly with a pear. Homogenize the composition and set aside.
We lift the lid of the machine carefully, and with the help of a polish, we pour and form discs from the dough. Leave the lid up for a few seconds, then press it lightly, but not completely, so that each pancake comes out thicker. Leave for about 20 seconds, then lift the lid and remove the pancake formed with a wooden spatula. We place them all on a kitchen grill.

After we have cooked them all, we prepare the bananas. We clean them and slice them. Chop the walnut coarsely and bake it for a few seconds in a pan on the fire. Attention, only a few seconds, otherwise it will burn.

We are preparing a flat plate. Place a first pancake, place a few slices of banana, sprinkle a few chocolate ornaments, pour a little caramel.

We place the next pancake, and a few slices of banana, a few chocolate and caramel ornaments. We repeat the operation until we run out of pancakes, and the top layer, we sprinkle it with fried walnuts, chocolate ornaments and again caramel.

I know it's hot, but you can enjoy a slice of this wonder with a latte macchiato liqueur, or a Sheridans, mousse with ice.
I committed it and I can honestly say it was insane!

Fried bananas with honey, caramel and lemon sauce

These bananas fried in dough they have a fantastic taste and aroma, seconded by the sticky caramelized honey sauce, butter and lemon juice. For the first time I made these caramelized bananas in the years & # 821780 (I was about 11 & # 8211 12 years then) inspired by a culinary show on Hungarian television. We were fascinated by the very modern recipes presented by them and my mother cooked almost everything she could, still being limited by the food crisis. He still adapts them.

As a book, they should be served with a globe of vanilla ice cream or a word of natural whipped cream. I didn't have it on hand so I ate them so hot, soaked in the sweet and sour sauce. They are very filling and you get tired of 2-3 slices. I remember that before 1989 I made these bananas this year at Easter, trying to somehow save the greens that were sold (in endless queues) as bananas. From childhood I remember how I longed for green, unripe bananas that appeared in December and that my mother baked for days, wrapped in newspapers and perched on the bedroom closet. It was so cold in the house that they didn't cook quickly.

I visit the banana bunches every day to check if they have ripened :)). We also eat them green and I remember and now that taste of Fa & # 8221 soap and starch they had & # 8211 were not sweet at all. Some of them turned directly black without ripening. What a miserable time! Well, exactly those green bananas were the ones we made this dessert from & # 8211 to sweeten them up a bit.

This recipe is mentioned honey from the sauce it is added at the end, after the sugar syrup has been removed from the heat. I say this because many people agree with the unverified theory that honey is & # 8222toxic & # 8221 if it is thermally processed. No, it's not toxic. Those who do not like honey can replace it with molasses (golden syrup & # 8211 Golden Syrup & # 8211 can be found in supermarkets). Also at the end I added freshly squeezed lemon juice so as not to & # 8222cook & # 8221 the vitamins in it (this makes sense).

From the quantities below it results approx. 4-5 servings of fried bananas with honey, caramel and lemon sauce.

The irresistible and inseparable combination of bananas and caramel is well-known, so the idea of a Banoffee cake that will delight our taste and successfully crown a real holiday worthy of a tailor-made cake, was very inspired if I take into account the fact that devoured with unspeakable pleasure by all the guests at the anniversary of a special person.

I've never prepared it before, I admit, that's why I started thinking that who originally named the Banoffee pie using this successful combination was not mistaken, and my original Banoffee cake recipe with bananas and caramel was completed with a consistent top of walnuts syruped with coffee and a cream that was intended to be extremely delicate by combining mascarpone with whipped cream and caramel, not nearly as sweet and heavy as you would expect.
