First I cut the pumpkins into small pieces, then, using the vertical blender, I made a puree. I added honey, egg, peanut butter and incorporated with the mixer. I added cocoa, baking soda, chocolate and mixed.
I prepared the tray with baking paper, poured the composition, and baked the cake over medium heat for about 35 minutes. I used the toothpick test to see when it was ready.
The cake is very light and juicy thanks to the pumpkins, eaten cold is a real healthy treat.
