The other night I was preparing my usual pasta salad when opening the fridge I saw the feta, I had everything, even the cucumber and so it occurred to me to prepare the Greek cold pasta, a summer recipe that projects me towards my holidays;) If you like these ingredients and you are looking for a fresh first course, maybe I have given you the idea for today's lunch, you know, I like to think that I am useful to those who read me, even if it is to solve the "problem" of what to prepare for dinner. How to make Greek-style cold pasta
Chop and peel the onion and cucumber and slice them thinly
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into 4 parts and pitted the olives, put them in a bowl with onion and cucumbers
Season with salt and oil, mix and cook for 1 hour
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it al dente and season with a drizzle of oil
When the pasta has cooled, add it to the sauce, cut the feta cheese into cubes and add it too to the pasta salad.
Stir, put a plastic wrap on the bowl and place the Greek pasta salad in the fridge to cool for at least 1 hour
Serve the cold Greek pasta on plates adding, if needed, a drizzle of raw oil.
