Recipe Pasta with pine nut pesto of 18-06-2019 [Updated on 18-06-2019]

There pasta with pine nut pesto it was a dish that I still missed. After the more classic and traditional versions, I also tried some more particular ones, including, recently, the hazelnut one, I thought I'd try this version too;)
As always when it comes to pesto, this is a quick and easy recipe: basically all you have to do is put all the ingredients in the mixer and blend, unless you want to use a mortar and pestle, in which case it will take a little more time ...
However, if in the time of preparation of the hazelnut pesto you will cook the pasta, you will optimize the times and in an instant you will have the dish ready on the table;)

How to make pasta with pine nut pesto

First of all, boil salted water to cook the pasta and, when it boils, drop the tagliatelle.
In the meantime, prepare the pine nut pesto: put the pine nuts, garlic, salt and pepper, basil (or better still fresh marjoram), oil and parmesan in a mixer and start blending.
Then add the milk a little at a time, until you get a thick but fluid cream or the consistency you prefer.

Drain the tagliatelle al dente, keeping a little of the cooking water aside, then add the pasta, pesto and a little cooking water if needed to season the pasta better.

The pasta with pine nut pesto is ready, decorate with fresh basil and serve.
