Recipe Meat rolls with figs and prosciutto di of 10-09-2014 [Updated on 13-02-2015]
Today's recipe is: meat rolls with figs and raw ham, a good thing but a good one that can only be understood after having prepared and tasted them. By now I should no longer be surprised when I taste a salty dish with fruit and it meets my tastes, yet I am surprised every time by how certain flavors blend so well with each other, in any case with figs and raw ham I think I have found my combination favorite and I invite you to try it if you haven't done it yet;) Well friends, today I would like to try a new dough to prepare the focaccia and new biscuits, if they are good for me, you will find the recipe on the blog in the next few days, now you I greet and wish you a sweet day, kisses: *
How to make meat rolls with figs and ham
Peel the figs and cut them in half.
Beat the slices of meat with a meat mallet to make them thinner then coated each with a slice of raw ham
Then place some slices of provolone and half a fig
Roll each slice like a roll
Stop with toothpicks.
Pass the meat rolls in the flour in which you have added a pinch of salt
Melt a knob of butter in a large non-stick pan, then add the rolls and brown them on all sides for a couple of minutes.
Pour the wine, cover with a lid and cook over low heat for about ten minutes
Sauté and serve the meat rolls with figs and ham on the plates
