Stewed mushrooms are a different way, at least for me who never prepare them in tomato sauce, to cook champignon mushrooms. The recipe is simple and has an excellent yield, you can serve stewed mushrooms to accompany meat dishes or to stuff bruschetta, I liked them very much;) I wish you a good Sunday and I'm going to resume with my bustoni of things to relocate, basins
How to make stewed mushrooms
Clean the mushrooms by removing the earthy stem
Then wash and dry them and cut them into 4 parts
Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with the oil
Add the mushrooms and brown them for a few minutes, then add the broth and cook for about ten minutes
Now add the tomato concentrate and parsley
Stir, season with salt and cook.
Serve the mushrooms stewed
