How to make lemon ice cream with the Thermomix
Before starting, make sure that all the ingredients (lemon juice, milk, cream) are cold in the fridge.
Put sugar and lemon peel in the jug and chop for 30 sec., Turbo speed.
Add the filtered lemon juice and start mixing at speed. 5. With the blades running, add milk and cream, working for 1 min.
Put in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours, blending again for 30 seconds. at vel. Turbo every 30 minutes or so.
When the lemon ice cream has assumed the right consistency, serve it in bowls.
