Thermomix Oreo Cake Recipe by of 04-03-2015 [Updated on 04-09-2018]
Oreos are one of the best known and most loved cookies in the world. If used in the preparation of a cake they can become a real drug for the many gourmands and fans of the genre. With this recipe you can use the Thermomix to make my version of the famous American Oreo cake, taking by the throat all those who are lucky enough to taste it.
How to make oreo cake with the thermomix
Put the isinglass to soften in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, take 2 packs of Oreo cookies and separate the cookies from the filling.
Put the biscuits in the jug, chop finely for 20 sec. at speed 5 and set them aside.
Now put the filling in the jug, and let it melt for 30 sec. at 50 ° C, speed 2. Then add half of the chopped biscuits set aside and mix for 30 sec. 4.
Pour the mixture into the background of a springform pan, compact well and put in the fridge to cool for at least 30 minutes.
Insert the butterfly and whip the cream for 2 min. 4, then set it aside.
Squeeze the gelatine leaves and melt them with the milk for 3 min. at 37 °, vel. 3.
Add the philadelphia and the icing sugar and mix for 1 min. 4.
Pour the cream cheese into a large bowl and add the whipped cream, stirring gently from the bottom up to keep it from disassembling.
Also add 10 coarsely chopped Oreo cookies and toss to combine.
Pour the filling cream over the biscuit layer and level, then cover it with the remaining crumbled Oreos.
Leave in the fridge to harden for at least 5-6 hours.
Remove the cake from the springform pan and arrange it on a serving dish.
If you want, you can decorate it with some Oreo cookies before serving.
