I always thought that truffles are very difficult to prepare but this recipe surprised me, it was ready in record time and they were eaten just as quickly. I hope you enjoy.
- 100g digestive biscuits
- 190g chocolate
- 50g butter or margarine
- 50g old powder
- cocoa for decoration
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Truffles with biscuits and chocolate:
Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them with a spatula, then put them in a larger bowl.
Mix the chocolate with the powdered sugar, margarine and biscuits.
Allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes.
When the biscuits have softened, form balls of the right size and put them in the cocoa, then put them in the fridge for an hour.
