When you come home at 18:00 and the wind blows through the fridge, if you are thoughtful and you have a pizza dough in the freezer, you take it out. Make a good pizza with all the leftovers from the fridge.

  • 400 gr pizza dough
  • 3-4 slices of bacon
  • 3-4 slices of pork pastrami
  • 2-3 slices of fillet muscles
  • 2 homemade sausages
  • 100 gr smoked ribs
  • 200 gr canned mushrooms
  • 6-7 green olives
  • 200 gr cheese (of several kinds)
  • 5-6 tablespoons tomato pulp
  • oregano
  • pepper

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

Leave the dough to thaw (about 40 minutes).

Drain the mushrooms.

The ribs are cut into cubes.

Sausages are cut into slices.

The cheese is grated.

Spread the dough in a pan greased with oil and prick it with a fork on the whole surface.

Spread the tomato pulp and sprinkle with oregano and pepper.

Sprinkle a little grated cheese.

Put the ingredients in the desired order on the entire surface of the dough.

Grate the cheese on top, first on the large grater and finally on the small grater.

Place in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

It is ready when it is nicely browned and the cheese is melted.

Serve with ketchup.

Good appetite!
