I ate something like this at a restaurant and I liked it very, very much, but unfortunately I couldn't convince the chef to give me the recipe :( But he didn't know why I was able :)) I started to analyze everything I had on my plate and eat very slowly to figure out what he could put there. What are the differences between typical Thai turkeys?
When you look at a Thai restaurant menu or look for a Thai cookbook, you will see a variety of curry, the most classified by the color of pasta-curry, red, yellow and green. It is the color of the cells that gives each shade a signature, and each curry has its own distinct taste.
Traditionally, all Thai curries were made with the same ingredients, except for one thing: cells. Red curry was made with several red hot peppers for a hot hot plate, while green curry was made with green buns, and yellow curry was made with yellow chillies.
In Thailand, these hot peppers have slightly different taste characteristics, in addition to their color. Over time, however, other ingredients have been added to curry pastes to enhance each recipe, making them more distinct from each other. 300 gr. - peeled shrimp
2 grated garlic cloves
Grated lemon peel
5 finely chopped parsley threads
3 tablespoons olive oil
Method of preparation:
- Bring water to a boil.
- Meanwhile, cut the wooden ends of the asparagus, then cut the threads in three.
- When the water starts to boil, add a teaspoon of salt and pasta. Boil them according to the instructions on the package.
- Pour oil into a well-heated pan. add asparagus, shrimp, garlic, salt, pepper and fry over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Be careful not to fry the shrimp too much because you risk having a rubbery texture. The asparagus should also remain bright green and crispy.
- Add the pasta, grated lemon peel, parsley, if you want more sauce you can add a little water in which they cooked the pasta, mix and take the pan off the heat.

Instructions for preparing pasta with lemon and shrimp
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 285 g of pasta
- 230 g shrimp (washed and peeled)
- 3 lemons
- 140 g of cream cheese or quark
- Garlic powder
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Method of preparation
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. When hot, add the shrimp.
- Saute for 7-10 minutes, then take the shrimp out of the pan and set them aside.
- Grate the lemon. Stop before you reach the white part and cut the leftovers into pieces.
- Put the lemon pieces in the pan and stir to help them release their juice.
- In the meantime, heat a pot of water to boil the pasta. Let them boil for at least 7 minutes to get a consistency al dente (take them off the fire as soon as the white in their center disappears).
- After the lemons have released their juice, take them out of the pan and combine them with cream cheese or quark.
- Add a few tablespoons of the water used to boil the pasta so that the texture is softer.
- Add pasta, sauce and shrimp.
- At the end, season to taste and add garlic powder, basil and grated lemon peel. Now the dish is ready and can be served.
